Here's a suggestion: if you’re asked to name your strengths, then it’s a great chance to underline your skills. Think before you go in to the interview, and work out which of your skills and talents will be most relevant for the job you’re applying for. As an example, if the job is target-driven, you may want to tell them how self-motivated you are.
